Recommended kit for FitBtch workouts

Dumbbells
You will need at least one set of weights to complete our courses.
Beginners: Start with a pair of 4kgs and work your way up to heavier weights as you progress.
​
Intermediate/advanced: You will need at least 2 sets of weights, a lighter and heavier pair.

Long looped resistance band
It is advisable to have a long looped resistance band to complete our courses.
​
Not all of our workouts will use a band, but we recommend having one available.
