Here's how it works:

Phase 1: RESTORE (Weeks 1–6)
We start with the foundations because pelvic floors and core muscles don’t magically snap back into place. We’ll guide you through safe, functional movements that reconnect you to your deep core, get your pelvic floor back online, and basically help you feel like you again. Slowly. Gently. Powerfully.

Phase 2: REBUILD (Weeks 7–12)
This is where we level up. Safely. Smartly. Sassily. We'll introduce postnatal-safe strength workouts that challenge you without wrecking your recovery. You’ll feel stronger and sweatier and feel muscles you forgot you had - and love every minute of it.
