Grab a brew (or a protein shake) and sit down for this, because we've got news that's been months in the making: the FitBtch app is officially LIVE.
We're not being dramatic when we say this has been a gargantuan undertaking. Every workout, every course, every recipe, every badge and progress bar has been built from scratch to give you something that doesn't just look beautiful, but actually works even better than it looks. It's the app that every busy midlife slag needs, nay, deserves. It's absolutely fking ace is what it is.
Now maybe you're already part of the squad or maybe you're still on the fence, this one's for everyone, so keep reading to find your relevant info below.
What's new in the app (members and non)
Before we split this info piece off into existing member slags and those who aren't (yet) let's talk about what's actually in this thing, because there's a loooooot.
Every course (except the very oldest one which frankly had reached its sell-by date and got binned), all in one place including our brand new, all-abilities flagship strength course, Lift.
A brand new summer challenge - Buff in 14 - ready for you to get ya minge stuck into right now.
Workouts you can actually filter by level and duration, so no more scrolling forever looking for a 20-minute session to do before anyone else tries to talk to or touch you.
A fully levelled-up Nutrition Hub, stuffed with recipes for omnivores, pescatarians, and veggies alike.
Progress bars and badges so you can actually see how far you've come (deeply satisfying, 10/10 recommend).
Encouraging notifications to nudge you along, and yes, you can absolutely turn them off if you're not in the mood for our shit today.
And a whole heap of other snazzy features we genuinely don't have room to list here.
Basically: it's the same FitBtch spirit you know, in a beautifully designed (and not shit like our old one) home that finally does it justice.

Not a member yet? Here's why you should join this AMAZING fitness app for midlife women
Hello to every legend reading this who hasn't joined the squad yet, this bit below is especially for you.
Quite apart from all the features we listed above, there something that's completely new - the ability to try it for 7 days, completely risk-free. You don't have to input your card details into it like our old platform, which meant you got charged if you forgot to cancel (and we had no control over this btw!) - you can just start your trial, have a proper look around before committing to anything and once it's over, you'll be invited to subscribe.
Download it on your store of choice and get started FREE:
And when you're ready to join properly on day 8+, we've made it worth your while:
Use code MONTHLY50 for half price off your first month on our rolling monthly membership, £6.49 instead of £12.99.
Or use code ANNUAL15 in the App or Play Store for £15 off our yearly membership, £74.99 instead of £89.99, working out at a bargainacious £6.24 a month.

FAO our members: here's exactly what to do
First things first - a mahoosive thank you. You're the reason building this thing has been more than worth it, and this app is truly worthy of every one of you using it.
1. Download the app
Obviously. Head to the App Store or Google Play and get it installed.
2. Set up your account
Tap 'Transfer membership' and use the same email address you used to log in previously. The app should recognise you automatically. If it doesn't, drop us an email at info@fitbtchpower.com. Please don't set up a new account with your email, but don't worry if you already did, because we can sort it, it's just quicker to fix the first time!
3. Complete the quick onboarding quiz
Two minutes, tops. Then you're straight in.
4. Sort your subscription
Monthly members: you'll need to resubscribe via the App or Play Store, and to say sorry for that pain in the arse, we're giving you a free month on us.
Annual (or longer-term) members: you should see a screen confirming your remaining membership term, plus a bonus month added on top. If it says you're on a free trial, something has gone wrong. Email us as above please!
5. Let the old platform take care of itself (or don't wait around)
We'll cancel your membership on our old platform once you've downloaded and logged into the new app. If you'd rather do it yourself, here's how:
Log in to your account online via a web browser (not the app)
Click your name in the top right, then Account
Go to Billing
Select Cancel
Done.
One (honest) heads-up
The new app won't have carried over your saved progress from the old platform, and you do need to complete a workout to unlock the next one. If you're mid-course, just pop in and skip to the end of each workout to catch back up. It's no more than a few minutes' work, and then you're free to carry on as normal. Sorry for the hassle, but we promise it's a quick fix.
And once you've made the move, delete the old app. No point cluttering your home screen with any old cr-apps!
Now go have a proper nosey around your glorious new app. What are you still reading this for?
