From festive slug to stronger slag in 5 minutes a day? Fitmas is here!

Fa-la-la-la-l-uck yes, our newest challenge - the 12 Days of Fitmas - just went live in the membership! In case you missed it, we regularly release new challenges for our FitBtch slags to join. Back in the summer, we did the 21 Day Summer Strong challenge (now available as a non-seasonal course), followed by the 28 Day Reset in November.


This one is for all the slags who go full festive slug the moment December hits. The ones who suddenly have "no time", definitely have no motivation, and have absolutely no clue how the f**k to keep moving once the cheese and mince pies come out.


The idea behind the 12 Days of Fitmas is very simple.


Do. Something. Anything. Nothing massive, nothing long, nothing that feels like a chore or derails your day. Just a tiny nudge that keeps you from fully becoming at one with the sofa. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's for those that want to resist... just a little!


For 12 days in the lead-up to Christmas, you’ll get one thing to do each day. One tiny, single task. A mini workout. A moment for yourself. A little sprinkle of “I didn’t completely enter slug mode this year”.


You won’t need much. A pair of dumbbells. A mat. And five, yes, FIVE f**king minutes a day. That’s it. No excuses, you've all got 5 minutes somewhere. Get it done, then dive straight back into the Quality Street tin with our festive blessing.
