Midlife nutrition made easy: the snack edition

Being a midlife slag is amazing in so many ways. You dgaf about what most people think about you, you're probably somewhat settled in your career and life. But one thing that's not easy is the amount of sodding protein you should be shovelling down your gob on the daily.

But we need it: protein helps body and brain stay in tip top condition. It helps you stay full and not reaching for the sugar. Most women our age need around 120g protein a day. A DAY! Eesh.

So we're going to give you a snack recipe that is bountiful in its protein.

This, and other recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are perfectly balanced for perimenopausal women (and packed with protein) are in our Nutrition Hub – which comes as part of FitBtch membership.
